Another consortium rises from the ashes, proving for over 12 years that the best ideas are born right where Excel ends and controlled chaos begins. Lab360 + Design Partners + UpBrand = Controlled madness + zero limits x3.
The Consortium on the Move
It started out as a classic. Me, Bartek—the guy with ADHD+600% (Lab360)—pitched an idea: “Let’s make a wild video!” Paweł Charzewski from Design Partners, the mastermind behind visual DNA, jumped right in. But to make sure this campaign hit with full force, I asked the second Paweł (Ławniczak) and Norbert from UpBrand if they wanted to turn this into a turbo-charged project. There could only be one answer: “We’re in.”
The Script? Got it. Parachute? Almost. A Red Plane and Mt. Everest? Check.
Wrocław, spring sunshine, and a warm, vintage vibe. It’s got it all: fast cuts synced to the beat, coffee spilled all over the table, and Bartek almost jumping out of a plane with a parachute just to explain “first impressions.” “Because people don’t just buy a product. They buy a story and emotions,” we explain in one of the scenes. And honestly, the story of this partnership is movie material in itself. You’ll see MacBooks being tossed across the table, glitching fonts, and Norbert’s monitor literally smoking after launching a new site, while Paweł just watches from the side, perfectly calm.
Why Do We Do It Anyway?
Because after 12 years of working on projects together, we know one thing for sure: “Great brands don’t happen by accident.” They are built by people who know how to combine hard strategy, uncompromising design, and technology that’s meant to perform, not just look pretty. The video we’re working on with Dawid (Kamera Akcja) isn’t just about lifestyle shots. It’s a look behind the scenes at a process where “controlled chaos” translates into real business results. In the photo, that’s us—all of us, ready for this creative drop over the city.

Every crazy mission needs its grand finale. In this case, it’s a happy client. When the dust settles and Paweł (the coffee one) and Paweł (the branding one) put on the finishing touches, the final result hits the screen—a brand that lives, breathes, and pulls in new customers.
