Another incredible project in the books. Lab360 + Kamera Akcja + SmoothAds = a thrilled Sopchy team.

This is what happens when a software house stops talking in code and starts speaking a human language.

There are some projects where you can just feel from day one that they won’t go “by the book.” And honestly, that’s a good thing. Because let’s face it—software house communication often looks the same. Tech, features, code, systems, integrations… all of it is important, but sometimes it’s missing one key element: the human being. That’s why together with Dawid, Piotr, Jarek, and our client—the Sopchy team—we decided to take a slightly different approach. We asked ourselves: What if, instead of talking about technology, we show the emotions of the people behind the business? Because truth be told, an e-commerce store owner isn’t thinking about lines of code every single day. They’re thinking about whether everything actually works. Whether sales are coming in. Whether someone will pick up the phone when things get crazy. And that’s exactly what we built our communication strategy around. No fake corporate vibes. No “we are the leaders in innovation” clichés. Instead, we went with strong insights, raw emotion, and something people can genuinely relate to.

Strategy, Creativity, and a Touch of Controlled Chaos on Set 🙂

Our team at Lab360 was responsible for the core concept, but—as is usually the case—the best things happen when a few sharp minds sit down at the same table. On one side, you have the strategy, storytelling, and concept: Bartosz and Karolina Lenert (that’s us, Lab360). On the other side, you have the execution and cinematic eye of Dawid and Piotr from Kamera Akcja, who—not for the first time—turned concepts into stunning frames, mood, and emotion. And of course, SmoothAds and Jarek—our strategic partner, who makes sure everything doesn’t just have a “wow” factor, but also makes perfect business sense. Because making something creative is cool. But making something creative that actually delivers results? Even better.

Behind the Scenes? Tons of Laughs and Way Too Many “What Ifs…”

There were endless debates over frames. Fast decisions made on the fly. Moving things by two centimeters “just because it looks better.” And, of course, that classic agency moment: “Alright, we got it.” Followed 50 minutes later by: “But what if we made it even better?” And I think that’s exactly why we love these kinds of projects. Because when people who truly care about doing great work come together, magic happens. Or at least, a highly organized form of chaos.

One thing is for sure: Sopchy is definitely a brand to watch. See for yourself ➡️ https://sopchy.com/

As for us? Well… We just love creating things with real character. See you in a bit.
