Peace by Peace. Pharrell, the LEGO Story.

The World of LEGO Is a Place Where Imagination and Creativity Know No Bounds. Just Like at Lab360 🙂

Every brick, every figure, and every structure is a way to express oneself—not just aesthetically, but also emotionally. LEGO has fascinated us since childhood because it gives us space to be ourselves and create something unique. What might become a futuristic city in one child’s hands, could be a knight’s castle or a space station for another—all from the same simple elements.

Lab360

It’s the same for us at Lab360. For years, brick by brick, calmly and consistently, we’ve been building our position in the market. Every project, every campaign, every idea is like a small LEGO piece for us, which we connect into a larger whole, creating marketing structures that amaze our clients. Our creativity isn’t about producing explosive actions on demand but about thoughtful, deliberate actions. Step by step, “peace by piece,” we’re developing our agency, combining the skills and unique talents of our team into projects that are unlike any other.

Our way of working resembles a world built from LEGO: each person at Lab360 has their place and unique role—one element might seem odd or out of place, but when combined with others, it creates something truly extraordinary. Our agency is a place where diversity becomes the key to creating remarkable things. Each of us brings something different to this puzzle, and together we can build something that stands on solid foundations and sets new standards in the creative industry.

Our journey, much like LEGO, started with simple elements—a few ideas, small campaigns, local activities. But over the years, these bricks began to connect into a larger structure. Today, Lab360.com.pl is an agency that isn’t afraid to take on the most ambitious projects and build campaigns that resonate with audiences both in Poland and abroad. We’re changing the market not through spectacular leaps, but by consistently adding new elements to our structure—until it finally becomes a complete story that we’re proud of.

Just like Pharrell Williams in his film “Peace by Piece,” we also believe that every “weirdness” has meaning and can create beautiful things. Our “weird” creativity at Lab360 is what allows us to build brands that are authentic and unique. LEGO teaches us that every detail matters—in marketing, it’s the same, and we’re building our own extraordinary story piece by piece.

And Now Our Creative Guru—Pharrell and His New Project.

“Peace by Piece” is a unique film project that tells Pharrell Williams’ life story in an extraordinary way using LEGO bricks. The film is a blend of animation and documentary, directed by Morgan Neville, known for numerous music productions such as “Brian Wilson: A Beach Boy’s Tale” and documentaries about stars like Johnny Cash and Bono. Neville admitted that at first, he didn’t want to create another music documentary, but the LEGO concept intrigued him so much that he decided to take on the challenge.

The idea for the film came from Pharrell’s fascination with the world of LEGO, which has sparked a sense of creativity, freedom, and fun in us since childhood. In “Peace by Piece,” LEGO becomes not just a medium for telling a story but also a metaphor for building oneself piece by piece, in line with the film’s title. It’s also a way to bring Pharrell’s life closer to the audience in a light, accessible form, where each element of his story is built from bricks, making it enjoyable for both kids and adults.

The film was created twice—first as a documentary with interviews recorded during the pandemic and then transformed into a LEGO animation. This gave the project a unique style, combining traditional documentary techniques with the colorful, dynamic world of LEGO.

Pharrell Williams also wrote five original songs for the film’s soundtrack, perfectly matching his narrative. The first single, “Piece by Piece,” was released in September 2024 and instantly gained popularity. The full soundtrack, which will be distributed by his label “i am OTHER” and Columbia Records, will be released along with the film’s premiere.

“Peace by Piece” is a film that aims to inspire, showing that no matter what pieces our lives are made of, we can create something beautiful and unique—just like building with LEGO bricks.

Our Shared LEGO World

The world of LEGO is more than just bricks—it’s a universe where anyone can express themselves and their creativity without limits. Every small brick is not just a construction element but also a symbol of the possibility to build new worlds that reflect our imagination, personality, and unique qualities. That’s why LEGO has gained such popularity—because no matter your age, background, or interests, you can find something that moves you within it.

In the world of LEGO, there are no rules dictating how to build or any rigid guidelines limiting our imagination. You can create anything that comes to mind—from complex machines to fantastic castles to abstract sculptures. Every brick, every figure, every structure has its own character, and each can tell a story that no one else could invent.

Just like in LEGO, we at Lab360 believe that it’s our uniqueness that makes us special. Our agency is a place where creativity breaks through the boundaries of traditional marketing frameworks. Each member of our team is like a unique puzzle piece—different, sometimes quirky, but it’s precisely because of this that we can create something no one has seen before. Our “being weird” is the force that drives us to create unique solutions, campaigns, and content that grab attention and stay memorable.

There is no one right way to tell someone’s story—in the film “Peace by Piece,” Pharrell Williams chose to use LEGO because it’s a medium that everyone knows and has always symbolized creativity. Similarly, at Lab360, each of us tells our stories in our own way, using our “bricks”—whether they are words, graphics, code, or data analysis.

Each of us is a bit different. A bit unconventional. And it’s this diversity that allows us to build campaigns that resonate with audiences. Sometimes what seems weird in one person, when combined with others, creates something truly beautiful and unique. Each of us, like in the world of LEGO, has our role to play, and together we build something that goes beyond what we could construct alone.

Creativity is not a rigid form—it’s the ability to see the world differently and build something new from it. LEGO teaches us that every “weirdness” is valuable, and we at Lab360, just like Pharrell, believe that in every difference lies immense potential.
